Andrea Campbell is a proud twenty-four-year member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., initiated in Spring 2002 through the Nu Omega Chapter at California State University, Chico. Over the years, she has held numerous leadership roles within the organization, including Anti-Basileus, First Anti-Basileus, Epistoleus, and Youth Symposium Chairperson. She is also a charter member of the Kappa Phi Sigma Chapter (Orange, CA), established in 2008. Andrea further contributed her expertise as Western Region Recommendations Chair in both 2009 and 2016, and currently serves as the Western Region Philo Coordinator for the 2024–2026 sorority years. In addition, she has served the National Pan-Hellenic Council – Inland Empire as Corresponding Secretary and Vice President.
With more than 21 years of public service experience, Andrea began her career with the County of Riverside in the Department of Public Social Services, where she administered CalFresh and Medi-Cal programs. In June 2022, she joined Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) as Manager of the Eligibility & Outreach team. In this role, she leads a team of 65 staff members dedicated to supporting member retention by assisting Medi-Cal members with their renewal applications, providing guidance through BenefitsCal.com, and answering complex questions related to the Medi-Cal program.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from California State University, Chico (’05), a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne (’09), and a Master of Education in Adult Education and Development from Strayer University (’20).
